however it does not tell you what happens if your supervisor is a racist pig.

I have never wanted to be racist in my life, but unfortunately there are people out there that test your limits, the whole thing is crazy, take America for example and the KKK (Ku Klux Klan) well excuse me, who was it that went to the South Africa region up rooted people from their home land and took them back to their own country to be used as slaves, if the Caucasian American don´t like Negroes in America whose fault is it then? As for me, The only people I hate are smokers.

So what happens in the work place? Here are three just for starters at my first day of this article on 23rd May 2009

(1) First of all the supervisor mumbles when they are doing their racist bit, and talk clearly when they snap out if it.
(2) They are very quick to tell off their worker on the racist list, but don´t give a hoot when the worker has a issue.
(3) They laugh all the time at jokes, but tell off the worker when someone on their racist list cracks a funny.

But whatever the problems are it is bad news for the company who employ racist supervisors.

As for the notes for the "good supervisor" here is one word that is not used on those two pages, "prevaricator" A person who has lied or who lies repeatedly.
